Why Work for HCA

I am still learning in my every day pursuit of my passion in pediatric occupational therapy and now, having a great team at HCA to learn from and back me up, has been an amazing experience. I wake up energized to go to work and enjoy my sessions with the kids on my caseload.

HCA “builds” doors when all others have closed. No challenge is too great when the goal is to help others fulfill their dreams.

I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant at HCA for 15 years.  I really love the team approach and the ability to bounce ideas off my co-workers regarding treatment ideas.  I like to keep therapy fun and enjoy helping each child reach his or her full potential. 

I value the support and ongoing growth mindset in this agency as well as the influential environment. It is evident that this agency supports and advocates for children, their families, and their individual needs.
