Community Inclusion

Individuals are encouraged to become contributing members of their community. We encourage the values of helping others through volunteering, participation in group activities, and maintaining family relationships. They are encouraged to participate in social roles by joining health clubs, attending dance and craft groups and even attending worship of their choice.

Staffing patterns are determined by the needs of the people living at each house. Staff receives specialized training to support each person. Training is provided upfront before any direct contact. There is a process for ongoing monitoring and training on a quarterly basis.
